Q - How do I receive your newsletter, specials & promotions?
A – Subscribe to our newsletter on the front page, bottom left or create an account and check the Newsletter Box.  10% off your first order when you sign up.

Q - Do you offer bulk discounts?
A – YES, each product on our website has "Special Pricing" when you buy in larger quantities.

Q – How long before my order will ship after payment is made?
A – All orders ship within 24 hours.

Q – Is there a minimum number of blocks I need to purchase?
A – One. That’s it. Bulk purchases do receive discount pricing but all you need to purchase for an order is one.

Q – Do you ship Internationally?
A – YES!! If you have an address, we ship to it. ANYWHERE!!

All countries just follow the checkout as it is...select country and put in address.

Q – Can I see what my block will look like before I purchase?
A – Absolutely!! Start a Chat with us and we will create your custom block for you to see right now.

Or - Email us at embroidery@alittlecrafty.com and let us know what you would like to create and we will send you a sample picture.

Q – Where do I put my customization for the block?
A – In each listing, Click on the color thread and the color fabric you would like the design stitched on. Select the size of the design from 4" to 6" at no additional charge.  Select Block size also - 8", 9", 10", 11", 12".

Q – I have a custom design I would like made, how do I let you know?
A – You may speak to a Designer by calling 585-319-3053 or you may send pictures to logos@alittlecrafty.com for a price quote. Please include sizes and specifics for all designs.

Q – How large of a Design can you embroid?
A – 16” x 16”

Q – If I send you my fabric, will you embroid the designs on it?
A – Yes, NEW fabric can be sent to be embroidered. Turn around time is 48 hours from receiving to mailing back to you.

Q - What kind of thread do you use?
A – We use a 100% Polyester, - high sheen, highly durable thread. It is colorfast and bleach safe and can be washed in hot or cold water.

Q - Do you have Colorwork?
A – Yes, I have a vast array of designs other than what are shown here.

Q - Will you stitch a design I have found on the internet if I give you the link?
A – Yes, if you send me the link to the designs you like, I will purchase the set and stitch them for you. I do this because I realize there are alot of patterns out there that quilters like, but are not able to embroid them. Please email or chat with us as we are a Full Service Embroidery Shop.
